DrKPMC provides service for Primary Care for all patients of all ages, insured (in network) or not insured. The clinic is open on weekdays from 8:30-12:00, then 1:30-3:00. Please make an appointment online before coming in order to avoid waiting.
Dr. Cai also serves as a Civil surgeon for Immigration (Green Card) physical exam. More than 4500 applicants from all over the world got their green cards from USCIS after we issued Certificates-I693 since 2014.
Dr. Cai is a medical consultant in Rolling Hills Hospital for inpatient medical care. If you were admitted to RHH, your insurance may apply a deductible based on your insurance policy, billed in the name of KPMC.
KPMC is also the site for Veterans Evaluation Service (VES) with a Separate team of providers. VES opens every Monday to Thursday.

For uninsured, regular clinic visit fee: $100 (cash price).
Immigration physical visit fee: $250 (cash prices, plus tests such as TB and RPR based on your age). The tests and vaccines will go through the insurance if insured (exceptions may apply). Checks are only accepted for mailed invoice balance (Exceptions may apply).
Vaccines in pharmacies (Walgreens, CVS, Kroger and Walmart) are cheaper. You may also try to get them in County Health Department (maybe free). Government sponsored vaccines in clinic are available for children with Medicaid or high deductible insurances, only injection fees for uninsured children.
